Refund policy
At Dermalyt, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and refund policy outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Include photos or a short video showing any issues
Due to safety standards, we cannot accept returns for:
- Items not in their original condition
- Products damaged by misuse or improper care
2. How to Request a Return

Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or not functioning properly:
- Contact us at info@dermalyt.co.nz within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos or a short video showing the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund based on the nature of the defect. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
5. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
