1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship to most regions worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package on the courier’s website. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Dermalyt is not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@dermalyt.com.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange for a replacement where appropriate.
